Reviews
5 Stars - Siesta is by far the most enjoyable holiday spot in Western Australia.
If your idea of the perfect holiday is to be able Relax the days away in total peace- Siesta is your solution. Thank you Margaret, Greg Jane and Tickle for looking after us, Gina and family.
We have been to Siesta park a few times over the years years starting 12 years ago when we were staying at a nearby campsite when our son was a baby and we were told off because he was crying and this was at 11 am and we were trying to get him off to sleep! Discovering siesta has been the best thing ever. All 4 of our kids just love siesta as do we and have wonderful memories of jumping off the jetty, the rope swing, the flying fox on the beach, hunting for frogs and possums, catching crabs at night, roaming around freely without a road in the way, fishing off the jetty and in the calm waters from our kayak or a row boat, riding around on their bikes, numerous games of ping pong and heading to the garage at the entrance to buy bags of lollies! This place is wonderful. Its quiet, family friendly, spacious, has green grass and trees, privacy, calm waters.... the list goes on and on. We havent been for 3 to 4 years so when we said we were going again even our 2 adult girls got so excited about coming and re living those amazing memories. We will be coming here for many years to come.
stayed here for 4 days 3nights, awesome location with a beautiful beach for a swim and a jetty for fishing!
What a sensational find!
* we stayed in a bay villa and the beach is literally in front of your chalet. It was so wonderful to wake to this view daily.
* such great value and as you are slightly further away than all the Abbey Beach etc resorts, you feel like you have a private beach to yourself
* villas were so cleverly designed and we barely heard anyone else staying at the resort. Villa felt spacious,, easy to keep clean and dry, and relaxing.
* cleaning standards in villa were outstanding- no grime on walls or missed areas like at so many other vacation options
* lovely grounds with lots of areas and activities where kids can make friends,
Only suggestions are for a bigger couch to relax on and a few more rolls of toilet paper.
We absolutely loved Siesta Park and will be back. We even saw a baby seal swim up to shore for a rest near us.
Me and my family stayed at this place recently.
The family unit was 675 for 3 night which I considered outstanding.
It was what call a serviced unit, not a hotel so this meant there was no room service everyday.
The place was very clean. There was one room with 2 beds for the kids. One large bedroom for me and my wife. One oil heater 1000 W I think and a gas heater in the hall. Gas heater was good. Kept the hall warm and might even have kept the rooms warm if the doors were open.
Playground outside. Good for small kids. Basketball court.
Full kitchen. My wife could make meals for the kids.
A bit far from the Busselton tourist attractions. Maybe 10 to 15 minutes into the centre of Busselton. Was not a prob for me.
Peaceful and quiet which is what I wanted
What a great find, Siesta Park Resort was! We were blown away by the beautiful beachfront and park facilities. The charlet was clean and had everything we needed! It is a child friendly place with playgrounds. Short walk to the beach. Great place to spend some family time and relax! Staff was extremely friendly! Thank you for a lovely stay!
My wife has been coming here for 50 years. All our extended family frequent this place. The best family getaway in the area. We never tire of the quietness and friendliness.
Extremely affordable and quite decent for a place that pretty much has its own private beach! We faced a few issues while booking the place but the staff was extremely helpful. We stayed in one of the older chalets that does get very cold …
